Front desk Manager:
Substance Salon is looking for a Front Desk Manager.
This position is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering salon guests additional service opportunities, as well as assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service
Phone Skills — Using branded scripts: Making Appointments, Confirmation Calls/Rescheduling, Answering questions regarding services, pricing, and level systems.
Sales
Upselling Services, Rebooking, Retail, Gift Cards, Specials & Promotions.
Tracking / Goals / Rewards
Each Guest Service Expert is responsible for hitting their monthly goals by being consistent with scripting and offerings. When goals are met, rewards are given monthly.
Cleanliness and Organization
Maintaining cleanliness of the salon seating area, front desk, guest restrooms, and break area at all times.
Pay: $13-15 per hour

Social Media Manager/Office Assistant:
Substance Salon is looking for a Video/Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist who is motivated, and creative!
Responsibilities:
You’ll have a flexible schedule – 3/4 days a week, 2-5 hours per day.
This position is paid hourly.
Requirements:
Excellent writing and communication skills
An enthusiastic, professional attitude
A person who naturally thrives from engaging others through creative, and clever dialogue
Thorough understanding of social media: Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WordPress, and more
Basic video editing experience
Previous experience managing social media accounts for a media company or brand is a plus but not necessary.
