All of our service providers are highly qualified and go through an extensive training program. However, some have a higher demand on their time than others, and their prices reflect that.
Guests may choose any level stylist that best fits their needs and budget.
Keep in mind, we work as a team, so feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you’d like!
We do recommend Color Consultations for first time clients and returning clients looking for a new service.
Reminder that service quotes are subject to change based on the level of stylist you’re seeing, the service performed by said stylist, as well as any additional color usage during your visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is very important to us. We reserve each appointment especially for you.
- To best serve our clients and our staff, we require 24-hours notice by phone to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prevent other clients from being able to fill those openings.
- We understand life happens… First time cancellations will be on us!
- Second time cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 50% of the total service booked.
- Third time cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will be charged 100% of the service total and will be required to provide a non refundable deposit for any future bookings.
- To secure your reservation, we require a credit card to book any appointment.
- We accept Visa (Credit/Debit) Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We do not accept Credit Card Tips.
