Each service provider’s level is based on a number of factors, including: demand of their time, experience and education. As a stylist moves up in levels, you will see a small increase in the costs of their services. This is reflective of the investment they have made in their professional development. 

Guests may choose any level stylist that best fits their needs and budget. 

Keep in mind, we work as a team, so feel free to have services with as many different stylists as you’d like! 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us. We reserve each appointment especially for you. 

Appointments must be cancelled  24 hour in advance. If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service total. This applies to all no-show, cancelled, or rescheduled reservations with less than 24 hour notice.
